RPL, is the formal acknowledgement of a person's current skills and knowledge no matter how, when or where the learning occured. It is about the skills and knowledge that you have acquired throughout your work and life experiences.  

Recognition of your skills does not have to be difficult, by working together you and your nominated assessor can determine what your skills are, how they can be confirmed and if needed, what other training can help you achieve your goals.
