CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) is the qualification prescribed by the Victorian Business Licensing Authority, as the educational requirement to apply for a real estate licence in Victoria. Course Outline

Successful completion of CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) requires completion of 24 units.

Students who have successfully completed the 3 Units of the Agent's Representative Cluster, at the time of enrolment, are not required to do those 3 units again.

  • All training and assessment including up to 3 re-submissions

  • Additional student support if required


Issuance of a Certificate upon successful completion of the assessment requirements.

Concession fees are available to funded students who can provide appropriate evidence.

Students may be eligible for a complimentary REIV Individual Membership if applied for within 6 months of course completion date and employed with an REIV member agency.

Online Course Delivery 

Online course delivery via weekly zoom seminars 
All online meetings 5.30pm - 7.30pm once a week for approximately 9 months. Please refer to the cluster schedule above. 
 
Workplace based learning

Entry Requirements

Students must

  • be over 18 years of age (traineeships exempt)
  • ​be authorised to study in Victoria**
  • undertake their training in the state of Victoria.
  • In order to complete course assignments, students will need access to a computer with reliable internet connectivity, with Microsoft Word 2007 or later (or compatible software) and Adobe Reader, as well as printer and scanner.
  • Students are expected to have a good understanding of the English language as the interpretation & application of legislation is a large part of the course.
 

**The REIV is not CRICOS approved and is not permitted to deliver to international students.
