Overview

CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) reflects the role of real estate principals who apply knowledge of property agency and compliance requirements, ethical standards and consumer preferences to establish and control real estate functions. This qualification will allow you to seek employment as an Estate Agent or work as Principal Agent.

A Licensed Real Estate Agent can work in the real estate sector in many roles including: 

  • Agency Principal
  • Strata Management Principal (Owners Corporation Management)
  • Agency Manager
  • Agency Director

Successful completion of CPP51119 Diploma of Property (Agency Management) requires completion of 12 units.

This includes 7 core and 5 elective units.

Delivery Options

The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) can be completed through:

  • Blended online and face to face delivery via weekly Zoom sessions

Students with recent and relevant industry experience may apply for  RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) assessment options.


Duration

Students have 12 months to complete the course. 

 

Entry Requirements

Students must

  • be over 18 years of age
  • ​be authorised to study in Victoria**
  • undertake their training in the State of Victoria.
  • To complete course assignments, students will need access to a computer with reliable internet connectivity. The following are the minimum information technology requirements to enable optimal online learning:
    • Windows or Mac OSX system 
    • MS office word, excel and PowerPoint 
    • Media Players such as Windows media Player and VLC 
    • Google Chrome or Safari or Firefox  
    • Emails
    • Zoom, skype or other such communication platform 
  • Students are expected to have a good understanding of the English language as the interpretation & application of legislation is a large part of the course.
