REIV Trainers & Assessors

REIV training is delivered by experienced property professionals who are still active within the industry. 
 

Training Qualifications 


Trainers must hold a TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Assessors must hold the TAE10 Assessor Skill Set.Trainers and Assessors are required to participate in quarterly REIV assessment moderation. 

 

From 2015, new trainers must also hold the unit TAELLN411 "Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills"
 

Vocational competency 

 

Trainers and assessors must be able to demonstrate vocational competency and industry experience in each unit trained or assessed. This may involve a demonstration of competency through assessment tasks. 
 

Current Competency 


Trainers and assessors are required to undertake continuing professional development in both their training and assessing competency, and relevant industry acumen. It is expected that estate agency practitioners will maintain REIV membership and will be registered as a licensed Estate Agent with the Business Licensing Authority.
