Certificate IV in Property Services (CPP40307)


Certificate IV in Property Services (CPP40307) is the qualification prescribed by the Victorian Business Licensing Authority, as the educational requirement to apply for a real estate licence in Victoria. The REIV is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO# 4042) approved to deliver the qualification.
 

Course Outline

 

The Certificate IV in Property Services (formerly referred to as the 'licensing course') covers all the units prescribed by Consumer Affairs Victoria for the Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate). There are 24 units in total and a full list of the units can be found on the 2017 REIV Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) enrolment form or licence course unit synopsis. Successful completion of the course will provide you with the Certificate IV qualification.

 

Duration

 

The qualification is comprised of 24 units, three of which are the units delivered for the Agent's Representative Course.  If you have completed the Agent's Representative course, you may receive three credit transfers towards this qualification. The balance of 21 units is obtained by attending weekly contact classes via our various course offers throughout the year. Each course offer is approximately 40 weeks and we run day time (9am to 5pm) and evening (6pm to 9.30pm) options to suit your needs.
