Statement of Attainment

How long does it take to get my Statement of Attainment?

Upon completion of the Agent's Representative course, students will have four weeks to submit the three written assessments for the units. These assessments can be submitted before the last class.

Once the assessments have been submitted to our Camberwell headquarters, a Student Liasion Officer will register the assessments through our student data management system before posting them out (via Express Post) to the assessor. Note: There are no assessors on-site, they are all industry professionals working in the field.

The assessor then has two weeks to mark and return the assessment(s) back to the department (via Express Post) and a Student Liasion Officer will log the results within a couple of days of receipt.

Should you receive a 'Competent' result for all three units, your Statement of Attainment will be processed and dispatched to you usually within 5-7 business days, well within the legally mandated 28 days.

In the best time frame this means the processing can take between 4-7 weeks. If resubmissions are required, this may be drawn out to 7-9 weeks.

We realise that our students may require a Statement of Attainment quickly to enhance employment prospects but we ask that you understand that this delay is to ensure quality is maintained as we are the peak body for the property services sector in Victoria.
